The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII, through theGENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱861,050.00 representing Lot 1 for the Supply and Delivery of Fishing Supplies and Equipment; ₱522,000.00 representing Lot 2 for the Supply and Delivery of General Merchandise Items; and ₱156,550.00 representing Lot 3 for the Supply and Delivery of Grocery Items/Consumable Goods; and ₱220,950.00 representing Lot 4 for the Supply and Delivery of Hardware Supplies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
