1. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱1,213,700.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Lot 1 - Supply and delivery of livestock and livestock feeds; the sum of ₱43,200.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Lot 2 - Supply and delivery of general merchandise items; and the sum of ₱147,800.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Lot 3 - Supply and delivery of grocery items. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
