Section I. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF SOUND SYSTEM
Project ID No. 009-2025
1. The Barangay Government of Osorio, through the Annual Budget for CY 2025 and intends to apply the sum of Eighty thousand pesos only (Php 80,000.00) only being the approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for EQUPPING OF EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Osorio now invites bids for Equipping of Emergency First Responder. Delivery of the goods is required for a period of 10 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 Calendar days from the date of submission of receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of the eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised IRR of RA...
