Description : INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION OF CLOUD COMPUTRING PLATFORM FOR OSG FOR FY 2026

1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱5,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Subscription of Cloud Computing Platform for OSG for FY2026 / OSG PR No. 025-11-185 (EPA2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OSG now invites bids for the Procurement of Subscription of Cloud Computing Platform for OSG for FY2026. Delivery of the subscription shall be provided to OSG within ten (10) days upon receipt of NTP and must be before the anniversary date of its existing cloud platform (May 31, 2026) for One (1) Year Contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
