PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENT SCANNERS (HI-RESOLUTION DOCUMENT SCANNER - 110PPM) (FY 2026 NEP)

1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱1,350.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment: Supply and Delivery of Document Scanners (HI-RESOLUTION Document Scanner - 110PPM/ OSG PR No. 025-11-179 (EPA2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OSG now invites bids for the Procurement of ICT Equipment: Supply and Delivery of Document Scanners (HI-RESOLUTION Document Scanner - 110PPM. Delivery shall be within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Delivery delays shall be subject to a penalty equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the cost of the undelivered item/s for every day of delay.
