INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) UNITS PICK-UP AND ONE (1)
UNIT MUTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX,
intends to apply the sum of the following lot:
Lot No. Description/Particulars Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC)

1 2-unit Pick-up 4,800,000.00
2 1-unit Multi-Purpose Vehicle 1,800,000.00
TOTAL 6,600,000.00
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX now
invites bids for Procurement of two (2) units Pick-up and one (1) unit Multi-purpose
Vehicle using the Lowest Calculated Bid Criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required
by the first quarter of FY-2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years
