  The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IX, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESO(S) AND ZERO HUNDREDTH(S) ₱868,475.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EPA-RSCC-0016 Procurement of Janitorial Supplies and Personal Care Products of RSCC Clients for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
