  The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IX, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN PESO(S) AND ZERO HUNDREDTH(S) ₱438,667.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EPA-HE-0025 Procurement of Medicines for Home for Elderly CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IX, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 now invites bids for EPA-HE-0025 Procurement of Medicines for Home for Elderly CY 2026using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) as Award Criterion.
