1. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nine & 11/100 Pesos Only (PHP 34,925,009.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Contract No. EPA-2026-MARIIS-HO-RNIS-01-PACKAGE 1; Construction of Concrete Lining along - Lateral A, Sta. 0+285 - Sta. 1+285. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026[3].
