1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the ESMF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE PESOS AND 31/100 CENTAVOS (Php 1,999,989.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION/ CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL LOGGING, MINING AND QUARRYING: LAND DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRALIZED MINERAL PROCESSING ZONE (CMPZ) AT ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-35 LD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION/ CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL LOGGING, MINING AND QUARRYING: LAND DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRALIZED MINERAL PROCESSING ZONE (CMPZ) AT ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-35 LD.
