Celebration on February 06, 2025 to be set-up at the venue
with the following arrangements:
*LED Wall to be set-up at the Center Stage with 9.8ft (height) x 16.4ft (width)
*2 LED Pillars with 8.2ft (height) x 3.3 ft (width)
*Upgraded Lights and Sound Systems (should be full band ready set-up,
upgraded lights and sounds and LED wall/sound technicians for
on-site support)
*Set-up time at the venue on Feb. 06, 2025 will be at 10:00am.
*Photowall/Photobooth of 360-degree Video Booth (unlimited usage for
4 hours, including a professional crew and all e-copies delivered via
google drive)
*Professional Hosting Services - (One Professional host available for
3-4 hours with a meeting scheduled with the Events Committee for
program conceptualization
*Band Entertainment - 2 sets of full band performance which is equal to
45-minute each with 2-singers (1 male and 1 female), violinist/saxophonist,
Pianist, Guitarist, Basist and Drummer)
