(Supply & Delivery of Multi-Purpose Vehicle)
1. The Municipality of Barcelona, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php1,220,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Enhancing Access to Education and Tourism Attractions Generating Local Revenue (Supply & Delivery of Multi-Purpose Vehicle)/2025-3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Barcelona now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
