Description : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Local Government Academy (LGA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested service providers to submit their technical and financial proposal for the project “Enhancement of Content Management System (CMS) for the LGA Website” with the following details:

Approved Budget for the Contract - Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP300,000.00) (Inclusive of all
applicable taxes and fees)

The procurement shall be conducted through Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as prescribed under Alternative Methods of Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Proposals shall be evaluated based on Quality-Cost Based Evaluation (QBE). Financial proposal shall be given a weight of 20% while technical proposal is given a weight of 80%. technical proposal shall be evaluated using the following:
