ENHANCEMENT OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD AT P. MALBAS SECTION PHASE 2

1. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City through the 20% DF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 50/100 Only (P 39,980,893.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ENHANCEMENT OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD AT P. MALBAS SECTION PHASE 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City now invites bids for ENHANCEMENT OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD AT P. MALBAS SECTION PHASE 2. Delivery of the Goods required by 328 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
