Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Obrero, Butuan City through the 20% Brgy. Development Fund of Annual Budget CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of (Php 338,270.57)., being the ABC to payment under the contract of Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Enhancement of Barangay Covered Court @ Purok-1, as described below:

6.825 cu.m. Gravel bedding (mix) & etc.

2. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from [Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay 18-Obrero, Butuan City] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Barangay office during [8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M].

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.9184.

4. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.
