Description : INVITATION TO BID

1) The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and 44/100 (PhP 8,825,389.44) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment (EGGA) Studies for CPA Northern Ports (Hagnaya, Kawit and Polambato, Bogo) with Project Identification Number 2026-01-GO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
