INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ENGINEERING GEOLOGICAL AND GEO HAZARD ASSESSMENT SERVICES
1. The Local Government of Malalag, through its Continuing 20% Dev-t Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Engineering Geological and Geo Hazard Assessment Services”, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Malalag now invites bids for the Engineering Geological and Geo Hazard Assessment Services Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
