Description : Request for Expression of Interest for
ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR RIZAL PARK EXHIBITION BUILDING IN NMP RIZAL

1. The National Museum of the Philippines (NMP), through the General Fund F.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NMP-BAC-PB-2024-08-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The NMP now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the above-mentioned project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 13 August 2024, 9:30 AM at the address indicated below. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Late bids shall not be accepted.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the NMP Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.
