Description : Service Provider that will take care of the following:
. To undertake the coordination and management of the event and have direct control and supervision over the event as per Itinerary (duration and scope)

2. To undertake the event services needed to facilitate the smooth flow of the event;
3. To provide all the financial requirements needed in the conduct of the event

Management of the Whole Event - includes the following:

DAILY ACTIVITIES
• daily activities prepared; to coordinate with the different service providers

• Confirmation of participants from Manila and Baguio City
• Arrangement of transportation for 3 groups (Manila, Baguio and DOT)
• Arrangement of Full Board Meals and Refreshment/snacks, special meals on local cuisine/ experiential inter-action with communities for the duration of the activity
• Arrangement of 3/N Accommodation (Kiangan, Banaue (preferably hotel) and Mayoyao)
• Coordinate with Local Destinations (Kiangan, Banaue, Hungduan and Mayoyao) and payment of fees for
