Description : Service Provider that will take care of the following:
• Design, installation, and dismantling of 8 pre-fabricated Cordillera-inspired pavilions measuring 9m x 3m each (can accommodate 3 exhibitors) and 10 booths/tents measuring 3m x 3m; all complete with walls, food and counter shelves and storage area, with fascia boards depicting names of exhibitors; Rain-proof;
• Venue cleanliness during set-up and after event
• Provision of 1 Secretariat Booth with storage area
• Provide 3 welcome arches made of bamboo or indigenous materials in the venue (entrance and exit);
• Provision of electrical sub-meter and appropriate wiring for all booths;
• Installation of 6th Mangan Taku text made of acrylic built-up and two (2) 0.60 x 0.60 x 1 meter built-up mounted with sticker printed LTP tiles graphics
• Available carpenter and technician/ electrician on-site to monitor, inclusive of expenses of accommodation, meals and transportation of the team
