Specification/s:
1. Ocular inspection of the venue in Siquijor Capitol Grounds, Polangyuta, Siquijor, Siquijor for proper blocking
2. Full set-up of the booth including materials, rent of spotlights and hauling of construction materials:
a. Installation of the 3 meters by 6 meters tent
b. Coconut roofing, coconut lumber for posts, wooden walls of the back, right and left side
c. Install coconut decorations including the trees, electrical wirings, spotlights, signage and logos
3. Provision of meals to the attending persons at the booth
a. Meals for lunch and dinner
4. Aftercare
a. The winning bidder shall clean the area one to two days after the closing of the program
