Key Responsibilities

In order to fully implement SECAP-related activities, the project shall hire a SECAP Specialist based at the RPMO to oversee and coordinate, monitor and evaluate project compliance to SECAP and country system requirements. The SECAP Specialist liaises and regularly consults with regional oversight agencies and stakeholders to achieve satisfactory compliance status for VISTA.
At the RPMO, the SECAP Specialists will work closely mt the RPMO Foresters and Engineers. They shall be capacitated by IFAD on the SECAP instruments, especially the checklist as they interphase with communities and Consultants. DAR regular staff (2) shall be hired to laisse and coordinate with the RPMO and CPMO and also the VISTA as a whole to ensure smooth Implementation and monitoring.
