Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POLO SHIRTS FOR 2025 PHILRACOM SPORTS FESTIVAL

I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) shall conduct sports festival as part of its personnel engagement and wellness program. To promote unity, identity, and team spirit among personnel, the Commission intends to procure customized polo shirts to serve as a uniform during sports events.

II. OBJECTIVES

1. To provide quality and comfortable polo shirts for PHILRACOM personnel participating in sports activities.
2. To foster camaraderie, teamwork, and a sense of belonging through uniform apparel.
3. To enhance the Commission-s visibility and representation during official sports-related events.
III. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) AND FUND SOURCE

PHILRACOM has allocated an approved budget for the contract for FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000.00), inclusive of all the applicable government taxes and charges.
