Description : 1. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos (₱1,875,774.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Engagement of Services of an Institution/ Center to Provide Online Psychological Assessment for Purposes of Selection, Succession Planning, and Learning and Development with Invitation to Bid No. ICOPA 2021-0020-AD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2021 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
