refine its enterprise scorecard.
• Guide the development of high-impact, transformative, and never-before-one initiatives that will accelerate
innovation, IP commercialization, and enforcement efforts.
• Ensure seamless execution of IPOPHL's strategy refresh by developing a structured action plan with clear accountability, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.
• Strengthen IPOPHL's capability for long-term governance excellence by providing technical assistance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
