  Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php210,000.00), inclusive of
  all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of Services to Administer a Mandatory
  Drug Testing for COC 41 Personnel (“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of
  the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be
  rendered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay within one (1) year or
  until consumption of contract amount, whichever comes first, after receipt of Notice to
  Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL).
  PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
