Description : 1.The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2021 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,500,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Engagement of Services for a 2D Land Seismic Reflection Survey and Data Processing of COC 41 Using Mini-SOSIE Method. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The PNOC EC now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
