Description : Production of culturally relevant, engaging, and informative AVPs that support the promotion and implementation of GEM initiatives in El Nido, Palawan.
Scope and Coverage:
I. *One (1) 3 to 5-minutes AVP with (2) sub-clips or teasers derived from AVP
II. *Final Video/Sound Format
- The final AVP should be executed in high definition using industry-standard editable format. The Community Environment and Natural Resources Office of Taytay have the right to reproduce unlimited copies, use and format, and do reverse engineering.
- The final output should be in multi-system master (PAL, NTSC, SECAM, PAL SECAM) fully edited AVP. Two (2) copies of each of the required video should be delivered using MP4 format in individual USB.
-All raw video footages, scoring, and photography taken in line with this project will be a property of DENR for reuse in other projects. They shall be submitted in one hard drive (2TB).
-Minimum standards for the video quality are as follows:
