Qualifications:
1. Can be individual or group provider with registered name
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in video production and editing, or other professional editing software
3. Minimum 2 years experience filing professionally
4. Prior experience working with IFAD projects is an advantage
(Please submit a portfolio with Certificates of Completion from employers of previous videography work/engagements)
Deliverables:
1. Produce a 10 minutes video, with English subtitles
2. Final video with highest broadcast quality (minimum HD 1920x1080 or better) and compatible with MP4, MOV, WMV and FLV formats saved in flash drive
3. Raw photos and other pertinent videos
