Description : The scope of work shall be categorized into three phases, to wit:

1. Pre-digitization is a process necessary for site and document preparation before the actual digitization of the records/documents. This process includes assessment of site environment checking; planning and preparation; inventory of records; set-up of the workforce and physical facilities; document preparation; and formulation of the standard indexing system.

2. Digitization is the actual process of digitizing records. This process includes scanning of records/documents; quality control; and final acceptance of images.

3. Post-digitization includes the transfer of digitized images to mobile hard disk drives (HDD); returning scanned documents; submission of inventory of digitized records/documents; and turnover of mobile hard disk drives to the identified OP-PMS point person/s.

The project consists of scanning and indexing an estimate of 1,700,000 pages of various records/documents (e.g., legal or smaller sizes of colored/black and white records/documents, loose, hardbound). The project s...
