  I. BACKGROUND
  
  In line with the Philippine government-s program to promote efficiency and responsiveness, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) will establish and implement an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) to further enhance its operations and service delivery. To further intensify its implementation, the PGLU is gearing towards a Quality Management System (QMS) Certification. The QMS certification is an important step for the PGLU in its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving excellence in its operations.
  
  II. OBJECTIVES
  
  ● To improve the knowledge and competencies of PGLU employees through ISO 9001:2015 awareness training, internal audits, risk management, root cause analysis, and quality targets. Leaders will also undergo ISO facilitator training, as they are the primary implementers.
