Description : The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office (DARRO) XII, through the IFAD-VISTA Loan Proceeds, intends to engage the services of a Senior Rural Infrastructure Engineer through Negotiated Procurement-Highly Technical Consultant under Section 35.7 of the 2025 IRR of RA 12009.

Position: Senior Rural Infrastructure Engineer (SRIE)
Duration: 3 months for CY 2025
Location: Based at the Regional Project Management Office (RPMO)

The individual consultant is expected to meet the objectives of this project. Qualifications and detailed service requirements are indicated in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR), Annex “A”

Qualification Requirements
