Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Ap-proved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php846,560.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Retainer Physician for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”). The services shall be rendered for a period of one (1) year to PNOC EC at Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details.

Proposals together with the conformed Terms of Reference (TOR) may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph / ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before June 16, 2025, not later than 3:00 p.m. Late submission shall not be accepted.
