Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php950,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of Provider for PNOC EC-s Health and Wellness Program (“Project”), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of services shall be for the period of One (1) Year after receipt of Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC Head Office, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
