Description : NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT
(SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos (Php278,304.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Provider for an Online Job Advertisement Facility ("Project") through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be delivered to PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City for a period of One (1) Year after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Acceptance Letter.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
