Description : I. Rationale

The Board of Investments (BOI) is committed to strengthening its Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards. Addressing nonconformities effectively requires a systematic approach in identifying the root causes of non-conformity to the set quality standards and preparing the appropriate correction and corrective action plans. This workshop will enhance the competencies of BOI employees in addressing ISO audit findings and sustaining continual improvement initiatives.

II. Objective

• Provide orientation on ISO requirements related to nonconformity, correction, and corrective action
• Equip participants with tools and techniques for conducting root cause analysis
• Enhance skills in formulating correction and corrective action plans.
