Description : Dear Sir / Madam:

The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) is inviting you to submit a proposal for the Engagement of an ISO 9001:2015 Certifying Body for NHMFC'S Recertifying Audit CY 2025 to 2027 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php 709,520.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. The details of the requirements are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

You may submit your proposal along with other documentary requirements indicated in the TOR in two (2) separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial) to the address below on or before May 20, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
