Description : The Resource Person (individual consultant) will be procured via Small Value Procurement.
DTI- Cotabato Province shall apply Quality Based Evaluation Method (QBE) using following criteria in evaluating and selecting the Resource Person to determine his/her track record and capacity to deliver the training.
The submitted proposal of the bidders [please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the documents to be submitted] will be evaluated to determine the highest rated bidder.
The highest rated bidder with financial proposal within the ABC shall be awarded with the contract. The consultant should obtain a minimum computed score for technical proposal of 65 points to be considered for award.
