Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php1,951,320.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Fuel Supplier for PNOC EC through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to smidevera@pnoc-ec.com.ph/ esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before April 8, 2026 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
