Qualifications of the Farming Systems Manager
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Argonomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preffered.
Work Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in agricultural project management, with a specific focus on sustainable farming systems and extension services.
Competency
1. Proven experience in coordinating with government agencies, LGUs, and private sector actors.
2. Strong knowledge of good agricultural practices, NRM approaches, and post-harvest technologies.
