Engagement of an Event Organizer
for the
PNOC Partners- Night 2025
Invitation to Bid No. 2025-06-135
1. Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP3,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Engagement of an Event Organizer for the PNOC Partners- Night 2025 with identification number 2025-06-135. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PNOC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods and Services is required within and completion of the project as shown in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
