Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2023 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php1,298,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Engagement of Contractor for the Services of a Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) during the 3D Marine Geophysical Data Acquisition in Service Contract No. 57 (SC57) (“Project”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC EC now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifty-Five (55) calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
