Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php915,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor for the Repair and Maintenance of Stationary Screw Compressors for Mine 3 Coal Project, through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
