Description : Engagement of a Contractor for the Printing of
2026 PNOC EC Corporate Calendars (“Project”)

1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php2,850,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Engagement of a Contractor for the Printing of 2026 PNOC EC Corporate Calendars. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and delivery of goods and services are required for sixty (60) calendar days, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and Contract/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
