  Description : 1) The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2026 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php3,193,950.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Engagement of a Contractor for the One (1) Year Subscription of Information Cloud Security Solution and Cloud Hosting Services (2 lots) (“Project”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The PNOC EC now invites bids for Engagement of a Contractor for the One (1) Year Subscription of Information Cloud Security Solution and Cloud Hosting Services (2 lots) (“Project”). Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in the table above after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
