Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php377,400.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor for the Maintenance of PNOC EC Website (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The project shall be located at PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, for a period of one (1) year upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for complete details.

Proposals including conformed Scope of Work may be emailed to andelacruz@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before October 10, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
