Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (Php271,440.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor on the Lease of Fifteen (15) Units Printer for PNOC EC (“Project”). The services shall be delivered/rendered within one (1) year upon receipt of Acceptance Letter and Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.

Proposals together with the conformed Terms of Reference may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before May 20, 2025, not later than 1:00 p. m. Late submission shall not be accepted....
