Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos (Php513,756.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor for the Lease of Fifteen (15) Units of Colored Printer (“Project”). The services shall be delivered within one (1) year upon receipt of the Acceptance Letter and Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
