Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of a Contractor for Courier Services for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act NO. 12009. Delivery of services shall be for the period of One (1) Year after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL) to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invite qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details.
