Description : The Mindanao Development Authority signified its intent to purchase the SSS-owned units at the 10th, 14th and 15th Floors of the Pryce Tower in Davao City where MinDA currently holds office at the 14th and 15th Floors, under a lease contract. In response, the SSS formally offered said properties to MinDA “as for sale” with a total selling price of Php161.434 Million (inclusive of the 20 parking spaces currently leased by MinDA).
The SSS valuation includes the fit-out cost amounting to PhP23.332 Million incurred by MinDA, for the repair and improvement of the 10th and 14th Floors.
In order to establish the fair and reasonable valuation of the Properties based on current market value, MinDA shall engage the services of an independent appraiser.
